I am looking into Cartesi administration and would appreciate any insights. Could someone explain how suggestions get started and agreed on in the It system? As well, what criteria are used for deciding if applications get accepted and rejected?
I am most interested in learning about how votes are cast and the role of interested parties in decision making.
Any instances and present events involving successful proposals would be useful.
We have different governance-related processes in place within the ecosystem. One is the Cartesi Grants Program where a Grants Council was established to develop a streamlined grants process.
The Grants Council is in charge of providing an initial review of proposals before they are recommended for wider community approval through a Snapshot vote. You can learn more about the processes here.
Any community member with staked $CTSI can participate and vote for proposals. You should be able to see all voted proposals so far and detailed descriptions of their projects here.
We also have the Technical Vision Forum for the community to propose, explore and deliberate on technical features we would like to see incorporated into the ecosystem’s Technical Evolution Plan. A Technical Vision Council was established to aid the process.
